Amazon is seeking an Ad Operations Associate to manage the advertising quality assurance process for Sponsored Ads (advertising.amazon.co.jp), an advertising program for brands selling on Amazon.co.jp. Sponsored Ads is a self-service, pay-per-click advertising platform that enables vendors and sellers to gain visibility and more customer traffic to their products. Reporting to the Ad Ops Manager, the Contents Reviewer will be responsible for: 1/ Ad creative moderation, 2/ Stores page moderation, 3/ Language relevancy reviewJapanese and Chinese or Korean), 4/ Responding to the inquiries related to 1, 2, and 3.
Specific responsibilities include:
1. Reviewing a queue of ad campaigns and landing pages submitted from advertisers (brands) to be checked and approved or rejected based on ad policy 24/7.
2. Reviewing a queue of Stores pages submitted from advertisers (brands) to be checked and approved or rejected based on Stores policy 24/7.
3. Checking on the JP/CN/KR language relevancy and updating for machine learning.
4. Responding to the inquiries related to the above operations from internal stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications

· Familiar with digital advertising or any other online business.
· Attention to details.

· Along with customer/advertiser focus.
· Comfortable with dealing with routine work quickly and at a high standard.
· Good communication skills and cooperative manner.
· Basic PC skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· Native level of Japanese.
· Basic level of Chinese
· Basic level of English
· Basic level of Korean
