We are hiring bright, motivated professionals who are interested in working with us as IT Recruiters focussed on the Japan market. This is a WORK FROM HOME job with a base salary + commission.

Job Requirements: 

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT Recruiting

Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search, Job Portal, Google, Referrals, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter etc.)

Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Degree from an accredited university/college.

Japanese language skills (JLPT certified)

Candidate must have a PC/Laptop & Working Internet facility.
