2.Monthly Management review meeting & execution 

Product wise marketing calendar update for Management Review, approval, and feedback

Coordination with various teams such as product marketing, Marcom, CRM, training, and Sales for Activity update       

3. Market Research & Competition analysis 

Competition activity analysis

Analysing Segment wise monthly competition offering 

4.Designing Monthly offer for Customer & Dealer

Designing monthly customer offer basis target/market/seasonality

Dealer and Consumer Program Structure, Proposal and Approval

5.Scheme Effectiveness / Sensitivity analysis

Analysing the effectiveness of the scheme
